This Refund & Billing Policy applies to all Rentiful subscription plans for property managers, landlords, and agents.

1. Free Plans

The Starter plan is completely free. There are no charges, renewals, or refunds applicable.

2. Paid Subscription Plans

For Pro and Business plans, billing occurs monthly in Nigerian Naira (₦). You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

3. Refund Policy

• All payments are final.
• Refunds are only provided for duplicate charges or confirmed technical billing issues.
• We do not provide refunds for partial months after cancellation.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
