1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rentiful’s platform, including browsing listings, creating listings, booking showings, submitting applications, managing rentals, and completing digital contracts.

By using Rentiful, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & User Types

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rentiful.

There are two user types:

• Renters — browsing homes, submitting applications, managing contracts, and making payments.
• Managers — landlords, agents, or property managers listing and managing properties.

3. Acceptable Use of Rentiful

You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading listings
• Post unauthorized or copyrighted material
• Scrape or misuse platform data
• Engage in fraud or abusive behavior
• Interfere with security or platform operations

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these rules.

4. Listings, Applications & Contracts

Managers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Renters must provide truthful application details.

Digital contracts signed on Rentiful are legally binding between both parties. Rentiful acts only as the digital facilitator, not a party to the agreement.

5. Payments

Payments (rent, deposits, fees) are processed by secure third-party providers. Rentiful does not store full card information.

Chargebacks, disputes, or refunds follow the policies of the payment processor and the terms of the rental agreement between users.

6. Manager Plans & Billing

• Rentiful offers monthly subscription plans for managers (Starter, Pro, and Business).
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
• Plan quotas reset monthly.
• Failure to pay may result in restricted access or downgraded plan limits.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rentiful is not responsible for disputes between renters and managers, including rental decisions, contract outcomes, or property conditions.

Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

9. Changes to These Terms

Rentiful may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material updates and the “Last Updated” date will change.
